Salko UK Ltd is committed to maintaining a business management system that, as a minimum, satisfies the requirement of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
All members of the Salko Management team recognise their role in achieving customer satisfaction and we will aim to continually improve our service performance by monitoring, reviewing, and improving our management controls associated with all aspects of our service.
Our aim is to consistently provide service excellence to our customers through continual improvement, self-analysis, and the pursuit of excellence.
Salko quality objectives are to manage the organisational infrastructure to enable our commitment to our customer deliverables and desired outcomes.
- Transparent outcomes which are agreed, achievable, measurable, and specific.
- Provide a service which is dependable and has a ‘first-time’ outcome.
Salko Management team are committed to;
- Identifying and complying with all appropriate legislation and regulations set down by governments and regulatory authorities, exceeding them whenever possible.
- Ensuring that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled.
- Continually monitoring, reviewing, re-assessing company performance, policies, and procedures to ensure that they remain fully effective, utilising best practices and best available techniques.
- Ensure that management reviews, set our quality objectives providing a repeatable framework for reviewing our quality objectives and the involvement of all interested parties to identify how performance may be improved.
- Establish a risk-based approach to all aspects of the company functions.
- Ensuring that resources are made available to implement this policy and that it is communicated and understood within the Company.
Salko will continually improve performance aligned with the following objectives;
- Ensuring a 25% increase in proactive quality related reporting in 2024 and that the effectiveness of any preventative or corrective action are assessed and reviewed with particular focus on factors and conditions that influence overall performance.
- Establish challenging targets and objectives to achieve continual improvement.
- Auditing the performance of our management systems & acting on the actions identified, carrying out a review of the service required both during and after the completion of all contracts to identify areas for improvement and where preventative or corrective action is necessary.
- Completing a semi-annual review of our IMS to ensure suitability within the context of our organisation.
- Establish greater involvement of employees / operatives in operational planning and activities.
- To continue to develop the skills, qualifications and capabilities of all employees and operatives to meet the requirements of our customers.
- Achieving a customer satisfaction rating of above 8+
- A ‘target zero’ ethos against any Major non-conformance and a right first time (RFT) application
- Conducting a semi-annual review of the Salko identified principle risks
- To identify all interested parties and to take appropriate action to protect their interests.
